Chief Executive Officer / President
Sri Devi is one of the co-founders of Guru Alliance. Recently appointed as Chief Executive Officer / President, Sri is responsible for the company's overall strategic direction and technology vision. Sri brings over 15 years of technology solutions experience and proven track record with successfully managing large IT initiatives involving geographically distributed teams.
Prior to Sri’s recent appointment as CEO / President, she served as Director of Guru Alliance’s Project Management Office (PMO) and Professional Services. In this role she was responsible for executing and delivering projects utilizing the company’s proven engagement models, iterative development methodologies and Global Delivery Center. Sri has successfully led client engagements architecting, developing and implementing enterprise data warehouses, portals, and order management and trading platforms across various industries.
Sri earned a MBA in Finance and Marketing and Post-Graduate Honors Diploma in MIS from the University of Madras.
Lakshmin "Lak" Ramakrishnan
Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder
Lakshmin Ramakrishnan co-founded Guru Alliance and serves as Chief Technology Officer. Lak works closely with the leadership team to realize the company's mission of creating value for customers by rapidly delivering mission-critical solutions. His strategic and technical leadership has been instrumental in the company's growth and recognition as a proven multi-national technology solutions provider for the development and integration of business applications and outsourcing services.
Lak is responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s expanding cross industry portfolio of outsourcing services, product solutions, and multi-national Global Delivery Center. He oversees Guru Alliance's Global Delivery Center and Professional Services Division. Lak has led the development and growth of the company’s global workforce and delivery center in India.
A recognized leader in IT, Lak has more than 17 years of IT industry experience and has demonstrated success in delivering mission critical applications and enterprise platforms to various clients across the US and globally. Prior to co-founding Guru Alliance, Lak was the Senior Director of IT for DTN Energy Services, where he led the development and managed the supply chain management platform for the downstream petroleum industry. Prior to DTN Energy Services, he served as a senior systems architect and engineer where he architected and implemented solutions such as, a supplier portal for a Fortune 100 petroleum company, an online trading platform, and web-based order management system for a leading manufacturer of irrigation equipment.
Lak earned a MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and BS in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras.
